In November of last year, I decided to join cross fit and learn more about it. I took an 8 week class with my personal trainer, Jason, who taught me the fundamentals of cross fit. When the class was over, I didn't go back due to life and working two jobs. Jason took the time to check up on me periodically to see how I was doing, and if I had any questions we could touch base on. After the holidays, I noticed I had put on pounds and decided to reach out to Jason about getting more information about personal one-on-one training with him. On March 13th, I met with Jason, and I did an assessment with him by checking my weight, body fat, etc. And to my surprise, I was at my heaviest and didn't even know. I cried in front of him and went home so discouraged. I felt defeated and very down about my weight gain. Jason encouraged me not to give up and that he would help me get to my goal. I listened and worked with him for almost 4 months. I am having so much fun on my journey with him. I lost almost 20 pounds. I can finally wear some of my clothes. I know I have ways to go, but I am truly grateful for his dedication and inspiration to want to see me become successful in this journey. How does whole life coaching work?

Initial Call
30 minute phone or video call to assess what your needs are and to see if coaching is right for you.
Transformation Session
A 45 minute phone/video call where we work on your "why" and establish goals to work on together.
Coaching Calls
45 minute calls to review progress, learn skills, implement strategies, review homework/assignments, practice.
Transformation Review
45 minute call to review completion of goals and end our journey together.

The timeline for seeing results varies depending on the individual and their goals. I typically ask my clients for a six-month to a year commitment to achieve significant progress.

In the beginning, we will collaborate and decide to either meet weekly or bi-weekly depending on your tailored needs. This can change over time as we either re-establish goals or develop new ones.
Yes, most of my clientele are online. We meet via video calls, this way I can make it convenient for you and your busy life schedule no matter where you are. I have worked with several clients while they travel for work or leisure.

No. In fact, some people start with one area and move into another. Some stay with just one area, while others are looking for more inclusive changes. We discuss all of this during the assessment call where we decide the course of action and establish goals.
